Yoga 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions are ideal for those individuals who want to improve their yoga postures and achieve more from their own practice. Whether you are a beginner or a more advanced practitioner, you will have the opportunity to explore your yoga practice, understand what is stopping you from getting to achieve greater mobility, or improve your inversion poses. You will meet your Advanced Yoga PT (500hrs YTT) and put down your goals. Please enquire about 5 and 10 session packages.
