Description

We require all clients to sign up with a valid credit/debit card through the encrypted and secure Sagepay system. Each account will require a named guarantor, that is the person financially responsible for settling any fees not covered by your insurance policy or sponsorship. Items not covered include (but are not limited to) excess, co-insurance, maximum benefits, exclusions and shortfalls. Please review the benefits section of your insurance policy agreement for full coverage details.

In order to confirm your booking, please fill in our secure Sagepay form with your debit or credit card details.  We ask you to verify your card with a small £1 transaction.  This will guarantee your booking with your therapist.

Sagepay will securely pre-authorise your card. However, payment will only be taken if you have an excess on your medical insurance or fail to arrive for your appointment and you haven’t cancelled within 24hrs.
